Where did you get this? When you view the IPSEC status? Add a connection, and for a trial, after it is enabled, try rebooting the machine. That fixed this problem when I last ran into it.
I get the error when I have want to view the current VPN routes.
I have tried setting up a connection, then restarting the firewall, which didn't help. It actually made it all worse, as I was unable to communicate with the firewall, because it seemed to drop all interface configuration [:S]
I get the same problem and found out that this only happens when the external interface for some reason uexpextedly goes down. It is configured to get the IP Adress from the providers DHCP Server. If you login using SSL you probably see, that the external Link is up (maybe even the ipsec Interface) but in Webadmin the Interface seems to be down. I could not solve the problem till now but you can try to switch the interface of and on again in Webabmin.
