I had the same Problem after i updated to v5.001. All seems to be ok until i tried to import my config file form v4.021. Connection to Webadmin was broken, like you described. After a few tests without results, i tried to import a config file from one of my customers and there was no problem. I cleaned up my configuration, deleted all unneeded parts like some VPNs, rules and so on. After this i had no problem to import the configuration
