Webadmin Certificate

did you install the cert the first time?  if so you will need to remove it..which browser are you using?
 

I restored  a backup and it put all the correct info in the fields, but astaro was still using the default cert.  I'm using IE 6.

I think when I hit save, it just erased the cert.  When I try to get to Webadmin, it doesn't give the cert anymore. 

Go through your Browser's certificate store and delete all certs related to ASL. Then restart the browser and try again.

Well, I just reloaded. But, I'm sure I'll break it again the same way, so I'll give that a try. 

I had a similiar issue.  When I checked from the console, the wemadmin service wouldn't restart nor would Astaro User Authentication... I had to restore to factory defaults and then re-apply my license and recent backup... don't think I want to update my webcert until it won't crash!
