If you use DHCP under Astaro, and you add two hosts to the static DHCP table with the same IP address and different MAC addresses, it blindly lets you do so which kills dhcpd. You can only restart it by disabling and reenabling the service. The only way you see this is if you are watching the DHCP server livelog when you add the duplicate entry.
