I've just noticed the lost of the "use slow adjustement" for NTP in ASL 5. Is it a bug ?

no.

ntpdate runs hourly.. having a big timeshift within 60 minutes will probably mean having a big problem...

In ASL 4, time adjustement occured at midnight (cf doc).
Is this change in ASL 5 ?
and is there a limit for the adjustement ?
