[4.770] SMTP-Proxy SPAM-Score Bug?

hi there,

using smtp-spam-protection:

- Threshold one 5 - pass
- Threshold two 15 - quarantine

In my "Proxy Content Manager" i've "SP" with score
of 6.5.. 7.1.. and so on.. with "frozen by ACL".
Bug?
