[4.743] Must be eth0 first NIC ?

Hi all,

must be internal network card (eth0) first card from the list detected Ethernet cards at installation ?
I need like eth0 define as far as second or third Ethernet card.
If but I at installation choose like eth0 second or third card, first Ethernet card from the list at installation in WebAdmin no will display ...

Is it feature or ... ?

we recommend using the first card listed. especially when you have same hardware (e.g. 3 identical nics). the main benefit of choosing the nic comes up if you have different types of nics.. (e.g. 3com, intel, realtek).
