[4.743] Backup via mail without the attached file

the backup-mail-routine doesn't attach the backup-file to the mail.
this error is on V4.737 and V4.743...

(this costs me 2 hours of config-time when updating to 4.743 ) 

our mail-system is a domino->notes.
