[4.720]Portscan Detection when browsing [INFO-851]

When I'm browsing over the internet (using HTTP Proxy and IDS & IPS activated)  I get several e-mails with :
Subject: [host.domain.com][INFO-851] Portscan detected

A portscan was detected. The originating host was:

The portscan event was:
Portscan detected from 195.*.*.* Talker(fixed: 30 sliding: 30) Scanner(fixed: 0 sliding: 0)

Why do I get this notification? And how do I stop it?
