After installing the latest bete (4.711 19Feb2004), I am unable to get into Webadmin.
When going to ASL box (using IE 6.0), the IE security alert regarding the SSL certificate pops right up. However, after clicking "ok" and even after accepting the certificate I can not get webadmin to load up. It just stalls, and finally errors out saying it cannot find server (standard IE error page).
However, I was able to barely make it into the initial license agreement page and enter my passwords ONCE, but the "Save" button on the bottom of the page had a red "X" graphics placeholder for the "Save" graphic, and after clicking it, the info was submitted, but then everything stalled again. Since then, I have been unable to even pull up the Webadmin page. However, every time I try to access it, the IE Security Alert regarding the SSL Certificate ALWAYS pops up.
Occasionally, pinging the ASL box (I assigned it 192.168.1.2) I get really high pings in the 10-15ms neighborhood. This is very uncommon for my network, as everything is running through a simple linksys switch and none of my machines have ever pinged more than 1ms or 2ms. To rule out a networking problem, I have switched ports on the switch and cables. Same problem still exists.
