[4.711] HTTP Proxy: 'Any' doesn't work

When in the HTTP Proxy  in 'Allowed target services' the option 'Any' is configured then still sites with a port on 5555 or whatever I get the error:

    * Access Denied.

      Access control configuration prevents your request from being allowed at this time. Please contact your service provider if you feel this is incorrect. 

But  'Any' is every port! So has anyone a suggestion?

    Global.

    Operation Mode : Standard

    Log Level : Acces Log only

    Anonymity : None

    Allowed networks: Internal(Network)

    Maybe it's now clear....
