Just installed latest beta on an Aopen DX2G Plus Dual P3 750 Mhz with 512Mb DIMM ram, Adaptec 7896 controller, IBM sca Ultra 10K scsi disk, and it runs.... well fast, but buggy at the web interface.
If you check the new bootup scripts you will see that they store the bootup time in the script /etc/init.d/beeps? My bootup time is on a vmware 153 (/opt/tmpfs/btime) - whats yours on the SMP system?
(maybe we should start a poll for the fastest bootup time :-)
