[4.702] HTTP Standard Proxy won't work

When HTTP Proxy is enabled as 'standard' and local net work is allowed to use it, I get the following message in my browser:

This is a deny all profile . It's a tough life, I know

I didn't make a profile, so standarly it should work if I'm right....
