Webmin froze ?

Clicked on the menu to set up user definitions (ie LDAP/RADIUS etc)... Webmin froze on trying to load it.  Could not get back in via login.
(Cannot find server).

Rebooted and still no go.

(Asks if I want to accept webmin cert, click Yes then Page not found).

It seems very beta  [:S]

Looks like I'll have to reinstall....

    same thing happened here, 

    i did an avp and ips pattern update and then activated the ips (settings menu). then the webadmin toastet itself. 
    since then i can't login again. i restarted the firewall, restarted the middleware, restarted the httpd -> no success so far. 

    anything i could/should do before i reinstall the system?
