I've just installed the beta version of ASL, but when the proxy is enabled in transparent mode, with caching enabled and logging set to access log only, and no content filtering, i get the following error if I try and surf out:

The requested URL could not be retrieved

While trying to retrieve the URL: /response.asp?MT=www.theregister.co.uk&srch=3&prov=&utf8
The following error was encountered:
Invalid URL
Some aspect of the requested URL is incorrect. Possible problems:
Missing or incorrect access protocol (should be `http://'' or similar)
Missing hostname
Illegal double-escape in the URL-Path
Illegal character in hostname; underscores are not allowed
This happens frequently, on sites such as google and astaro.org. I have the dns proxy on and configured with valid forwarders.
Plus the web-admin is sooooo slow on a toshiba Magnia SG20
