Hop on the console and do a
ps -aux|less; an inspection of running processes may give a clue as to where the lockup might lie. If you do see something peculiar, you can do a
ps -aux>/usr/local/httpd/htdocs/ps.htm, then retrieve it in the browser by doing an https:// address of your Astaro box /ps.htm; mail that in to Astaro...
