Zabbix onto ASL ?

Hi.

I was thinking to integrate my asl box (currently 3.x) with zabbix.
Zabbix is a simple & powerful network monitoring tool, from http://zabbix.sourceforge.net . It supports snmp (that asl has already in), but
could do better with it's own agents.
Has anyone experienced zabbix agentd with asl ?
If so, any special hint?

    Hi,

    The zabbix agent runs fine on Astaro v4.  There is some trivial configuration that must be done, making user account and directories etc.  If anyone is interested I'll put together instructions like I did for iptaf.
    I must say that zabbix is one of the nicest monitoring solutions I have seen.  After working with netsaint / nagios for quite some time, zabbix is very much an improvement imho.
