Maybe the question is that it looks like something wrong if an accountingprocess is restared that much times in a time that is so short so ASL sends only one message for 316 starts of this process.
This problem is known since ASL 2.0 (and maybe earlier ...) - and seems still not to be fixed. The Problem occurs when there is not enough traffic on an accounting-enabled interface.
