Explain "Allowed target services"?

"allowed target services" are the ports the http
proxy is able/allowed to connect to.

HTTP is included as default but if someone operates
a webserver listening on port 81 you wouldn't be able
to connect via the HTTP proxy anymore.

You have to add all ports/services you need to connect
to over the proxy!

Some people claimed that it is a security hole that the proxy
was allowed to connect to all ports.
