I've got snort 1.9.0 working on ASL 3.380. Kind of.
I've got a link S99snort in the rc3.d directory pointing to snort in the init.d directory.
in init.d> ./snort start
Snort starts and all works.
in rc3.d> ./S99snort start
Snort starts and all works.
If I reboot and do a ps -ax, snort isn't running. This is the last hurdle. How can I get it to start?
Once I've tested my install procedure, I'll post my results.
