Import Backup File Problem 3.318 to 3.380

I installed 3.380 and imported a 3.318 backup file. I'm not using Surf protection so I didn't run the 2 command lines before or after the import. So far I can get on the net so the IP's and NAT are working how ever I can't access Webadmin... I've rebooted the firewall still no change. 

I changed the default port for Webadmin and I've tried both the changed port and the 443 Https default. 
I *REALLY* don't want to have to fully setup the firewall again. If anyone knows how to fix this it would be awesome. Thanks!!

    Has the webadmin port in the backup been changed from the original 443, If it has this is the same problem i have had in the past and the only way around it was a fresh install after the install set the webadmin port to what it is on the backup before you apply it. don't now why it happens but this is the way that i got it to work in the end.
