ATMEL chipset based wireless lan

Is it possible to implement support for this type of wireless lan?

I have an usb 11MBps wireless lan with atmel AT76C503A chip.

For using it with astaro v4 i need:
1) Usb support 
2) Compiled kernel module (the driver source can be found at http://atmelwlandriver.sourceforge.net)

Any plan for inclusion in next beta?

    Hello Fabry.

    Probably ASL will not support this chipset.

    The reasons:

    1) USB and wireless is a combination that often fails
    2) This driver does not support AP-Mode
    3) This driver seems to be in an early development stage
    4) ASL currently supports only the Intersil Prism2 chipset
    5) ASL does not use kernel wlan support, this driver requires it.
