Tool available to document firewall setting

Initial thing I caught is that the I flag is outdated in most recent tar's. You may want to replace it with "j" to do bz2. 

Otherwise I like what you've done so far, this will be extremely beneficial to us in documenting our firewalls.

i like that tool - maybe we should do a link from the docs site...

But i miss the user configuration of our firewall and the icon_path argument doesnt work like i expected it: bug or feature (version0.7.3 perl aslrules.pl --icon_path="fidel/.../ --all_objects  --all_services  --all_users --verbose --output_html=test.html)

So you're right: user info is missing - and NAT and VPN and proxies. Yes, that's a real pre-1.0 version - work in progress...    

As for the buggy icon path: you should ommit the trailing slash in the --icon_path= arcgument. If that does not work, please inspect the HTML code, compare the IMG tags to the --icon_path= parameter and send samples to me for further debugging.

Update (okay, on the website by tomorrow morning): ASLrules 0.7.4 now supports NAT, too. More updates following (slowly).
