I also have the problem of the CPU going to 99% usage. I think this has something to do with the log rotation and sarg, cause sarg uses the 97% of the cpu at least abd stays there. Also the problem starts at 12 oçlock evening, the normal time to rotate (haven't checked yet though)
After one or two days of normal working, the internal interface goes down and the system hangs itself at last. Restarting the nics leaves all interfaces down, so restarting on console is the only option [:(]
Also the last log for HTTP Proxy and packet filter is of 9 june. When the interface goes down, iptables goes throwing messages to ttyX.
The system is a PIII /500 with 128 MB /2.1 Gb HDD and 3 realtek 8139 network cards. The problem started round 9 june I think (can't say for sure from the mrtg-graphs I have at this moment). The version used was the beta, and is now 3.200, after applying rhe update
