Content Blocked Page

Hello everyone out there...  I've got a few good quick questions for you.  Unfortunatly my scripting/html knowladge is shakey at best so i was wondering on how i'd do the following to change the blocked page in the ASL content filter.

in the file /var/chroot-squid/redirect_content

what would be the coding to display the name of the page blocked and under what category it's blocked under.
ie
The page you have visited #playboy.com# has been blocked due to it being filtered under the #pretty bunnies# group   [:)] 

The next thing I'm wondering about...  how would i setup an email link that way if a student gets blocked from a site say a bit of data on World War 1/2 they can mail the FW Admin so they don't get banned and the site gets unblocked
i can't remember off hand fully but isnt it something like emailto:admin@domain.com="Admin's Name"

sorry just a few things I couldn't remember off hand and i know there's a whole lot more people on these boards smarter then me and would know off hand     that and hey it's always good to have this up on the boards so someone else could look it up.
