PPPoE interface choice bug?

seem to be something broken in 3.051 or 3.052. I've added a few rules in 3.050 that uses it and works, but when trying to edit them now in 3.052 it shows up as "any address" instad.

It shows up as DOWN even though I'm using it right now.

same game here:

On an new started ASL all works fine, but after 24h when my provider (T-Online) cuts the connection, the interface shows DOWN, but ASL had reconnected and there IS IP-Traffic on the line. The Problem is that all NAT-Rules involving the DSL-Interface are not working anymore.

Is there a possibility to

- reconnect my PPPoE connection on demand (commandline)?

- find a way to have a error-free reconnecting DSL-Interface (with working NAT-rules after re-establishing the connection)?

I really hate to say this but I only copied files using that pscp I never actually copied files off?  SO how do I do it?

I have exactly the same problem like Holger.
Is there a solution ?

Hi dstutz,

Do you edit these files ? Is this only working for the Germans ADSL ( disconnect just a few minutes before it's 24 H. online) or a REAL solution ? Because I stay connected 24x7 but my extaernal ip changes....

pls. let me know   

There seems to be a bug in ASL 3.2. You cant seem to add a PPPoE where the DSL and ASL are the not the only items on the link...

Is there any reason why PPPoE cannot share a interface card with normal TCP/IP traffic? Like to a 2nd DSL modem, or cable modem?
