HTTPS and transparent proxy

I know that HTTPS isn't working when you use transparent proxy, but in the "online help" you can see :
"Please note that the proxy cannot handle FTP and HTTPS (secure) requests in this mode. If your clients want to access such services, you must open the respective ports (21 and 443) in the packet filter."
It means that if you add a rule like
Internal - HTTPS - Internet - Allow
you will be able to use HTTPS ?
I tried without success...
