Astaro 3.0.5 Reboot during installation startup

Please help!

Something has change between 3.0.40 and 3.0.50 since I can install 3.0.40 without problem and v. 3.0.50 automaticaly reboot when booting from CD! it's happening right at Loding Ramdrive ... at the very beginig of the installation! We don't even get to the first disclamer screen!

Here the setup I have

M787-CLR is a ATX Mainboard built-in with VIA 1 Giga Pro CPU with 133MHz FSB, VIA 8601 Chipset
3 IF Realtech 10/100
256MB RAM
IDE CD-ROM
20 gig Maxtor

I just try back to re-install 3.0.40 and work like a charm but 3.0.50 still dosent want to boot from the CD.... as is said...  on the screen all I say before reboot was :

"Loading Ramdrive ................"

and then boom...  it reboot....

Any help!

    More Info....

    I have try the following things....

    Change Memory....  nope
    Change HardDrive..... Nope
    Change CD-ROM Drive.... Nope

    Try the cd on another computer that as the same gigapro processor.... boot well!!!!

    So...  Using a VIA C3 Gigapro as processor work well...  the installation CD is good.... Try all hardware from the one that dosent work into the other...  work fine....  the only peice of hardware that dosent seem to work is the MTB M787!  Do some one else as that knind of board....
