Can not login to box only on 1 comp

Hey guys

   Odd issue.  I have had 3.04 beta running since the day .04 came out.   I have not changed any of the rules on my ASL box.  For some reason my primary win2k pro workstation inside the network (which i did all the configuration on) will not access the ASL web admin.   I for sure know that I am not blocking the IP in any way.  I am using DHCP (not the asl box i have an internal server running DHCP) So I am not blocking a block of IPs.  All the services work, squid, nat, so forth.  ONLY web admin doesn't get access I get an INSTANT page can not be displayed.  It does not time out.   My server and all other workstations in the same class C network gets access to web admin.

I am out of ideas why.  Its not any TCP errors.
