NTP does not update

I'm running 3.041.
I added a host in my definitions and selected it in the NTP window. 2 hours have passed and it has not attempted to retrieve the network time. The NTP server selected is local. My network is setup such that the internet is connected to a DSL router then to a switch. The Astaro box and NTP server are both connected to the switch. The NTP server runs a software firewall which has not detected any connection attempts. The packet filter logs show no entries for port 37. The help file says it connects evey hour.

    Nothing on port 123. I've got 2 different Windows based time synchronizers. One uses TCP port 13, another uses TCP port 37. Now the one in Astaro uses UDP port 123? My current time server app runs on one of the DMZ servers. It also acts as a time server as well. Once a day it syncs it's time and every hour my internal clients synce their time to it. How can ASL sync to my time server?
