TIME PROBLEM

I use 3.040 and the time is set to UCT which
is in my opinion a bug, because I entered
Europe/Berlin as my timezone!

BTW you can check it if you login as user root
and check the time/date by typing the command "date"

I am in the Indianapolis, Indiana area and there are no listings for ntp servers.  Could those be added to a latter version?

Doesnt matter where you live   the ntp system is blank for everyone   you have to define one in the definitions  for it to appear in the drop down list..   
Click the help button and then search for NTP..  

if I remember right..  you define the service as   

name: anythingyouwant
IP: IPADDRESS_of_yourNTP_Server
netmask: 255.255.255.255

and then it will show up in your list.. 

you can find a ntp server by searching the internet for ntp servers.

FYI, each of the chrooted services does not have a /etc/localtime file, so they default to considering the time zone as GMT.  To fix this I did the following as root:

for z in /var/chroot-*/etc; do cp -p /etc/localtime $z; done

This allowed the mrtg graphs to display localtime rather than GMT.

did you fínd a file localtime in your /etc directory, or did you first copy e.g.
"/usr/share/zoneinfo/Europe/Berlin" to "/etc/localtime"

I used the /etc/localtime that existed.  But, you can use any zone file that matches your needs.
