ASL reboot after HTTP-usage

Hi there,
I got into some problems after updating to 3.0.40.
I have enabled the Proxy in transparent use, and if it's used- asl is rebooting :-(
I didn't see anything in the logs but that:

HTTP proxy not running - restarted
increasing interval for superdaemon::squid to 10 seconds
decreasing interval for superdaemon::squid 

...after that asl reboots.
This failure is reproducable, I can only access HTTP without the proxy. (By the way: I'm using ADSL to access the Internet).
Any ideas?
