3.040 Installation Bug

Well - it seems that the interface selection menu during the Installation does not work. This menu feature will be really cool; once its fixed.

I tested this 3.030 it does the same. It always picks eth0 as the interface and assigns the designated IP Address to eth0. This is what was confusing me.

When installation ASL 3.040 Beta onto a Compaq ProLiant DL320, it now always mis-assigns the order of the Ethernet interfaces. I cannot figure the ordering out. But I know that its not the way it used to be with 2.xxx or 3.03x Beta. Is this a new feature - Function of 3.00?
