Outgoing SMTP Stuck. HELP!

I need some help. I've got a ASL Beta 3.031 FW running. 2 nics.

I've got an Exchange Server on the trusted side and I've got the SMTP Proxy Setup to forward mail to the my Exchange server and my Exchange server to use the ASL as it's relay. Incoming mail and outgoing mail have been glitchy at best. But incoming seems to be working pretty good. Outgoing however is not.

If I look in the SMTP proxy manager there are TON's of out going e-mails just sitting there. Status says ‘ok’ and they have been there for about a day.

The I've turn off everything but the basics on the STMP Proxy to see if that would help.. Still no good. I've got the SMTP proxy's hostname set as "Mail.mydomain.com" after reading this is how it should be. 

If anyone has any ideas let me know. It was working great in 2.6
