transparent proxy mode

Hi,

i am working with ASL 3.030. I want to use the transparent proxy mode, where in my understanding the client works with a proxy without configuring it and knowing it. Does it work at all? In my case the clients gets http access but i have no log and the repoting is also without content, i only get log and reporting when i switch to standard mode and set the proxy entry in the browser.
