SelfMonitoring: restarting nacctd(941 times)

it seems that some people have this problem. i don't now why that happens, but it seems to be the problem, that no new accounting data is being written to "/var/log/account/net-acct", nacctd / selfmonitoring detects that and restarts nacctd after some seconds. you'll also notice higher hdd activity.
on one maschine i had this problem already with 3.020, another asl-box works fine without any problems. a mysterious nic-driver problem ?
maybe the astaro guys already know whats the problem and work on a fix.
