BETA 3.030 squid doesn't start

Hi,
after I fixed my booting problem I played around a little and to me it seems that squid doesn't start.
Allowed any under the packet filter.
ps -x shows: 20189 ?        S      0:00 /bin/squidf -sYD
From a client: telnet on 8080 -> nothing
/var/chroot-squid/logs/access.log is empty


Can anyone help me?

    it seems that squid starts.

    but I cannot connect from any client.

    I think Squid works, the problem I found that ASL is not intelligent enough.

    You can TEST it after you disable the firwall manually.like :
    /usr/local/gw/firewall_on.sh

    If works, then it means Squid works but filter rules wrong, so please check your packet filter rule carefully

    known issue - fix will be provided in next up2date.

    Please be careful when deleting rules. The DROP rule should not be removed. Add an ALLOW rule in front for your internal network. (avoid having an open proxy)

    Hi Marcel,

    can you tell me when this up2date will be released, or where I should enter that rule (I think I cannot do it via Webadmin, but which file do I have to edit?)?
