How does the Realtime Blackhole Support work?

Which Domains should be entered at rbl Domains.

I entered blackholes.mail.abuse.org but I am unsure if this would really work.

mail-abuse.org charges money, so you can't use it freely, but it seems to have the best, and most reliable database.

check out http://relays.osirusoft.com for a free RBL list.

you just enter the RBL zone, in the above case, "relays.osirusoft.com".
