well i figured out how to do this using /usr/local/bin/anotifier. but the only thing i would like to figure out is how to send an email with the notification IN the email instead of a ATTACHMENT. if anyone knows what program is used to send email with a body instead of a attachment, or if i am using anotifier wrong, i would REALLY like to know.

i am using this to send df -h reports so i know when the harddrive starts to get full.
