Is their any way to get the QoS documents in english before the next release of the beta?  Also will their be an ability to divy out BandWidth based on speed?  The current QoS only seems to operation on priority.  I would like to be able to say a certain site/segment is garanteed 1MBits and another 2MBits but on can share from the other.
