Bellsouth DSL

I'm running a dual homed system eth0 - LAN 192.168.0.1/24, and eth2 is connected diretly to my USB Modem. Preconfigured the chap/pap/options and I receive an IP address from Bellsouth => ALL OK.
Hovewer my default route points to 192.168.0.2 (as i configured it during setup)... I understand that netzkartendata/ netdata keep the current config. I just don't know what to put in there!!! Any help would be greatly appreciated. (running ASL 2.x) - installed the PlusPack & PPPOE

Hi there,

When you start the script for pppoe, do you have more than the ip in return on the screen ? What is the output of : netstat -rn ? This command will show you the routing tables. The thing is that you have to find waht is your default gateway. Once you have it, you'll have to put it in the netdata or netzkendata. I can't recall which one (and I don't have a system in front of me).
