can't get to webmin in 2.0 beta2

I did a clean install of 2.0beta2.  When I try to connect to my server: https://192.168.0.1  I get a "Page cannot be displayed" message from Internet Explorer.  I do have connectivity, because before the error message, IE pops up the message box about entering a secure site, then the error message appears.  I can ping the box also.  I can't even get to the darn webmin to do the rest of the configuration.

Also, on the console, I get a lot of the following errors:

There are also some errors about UDP DROP also.

Any help would be appreciated.
