In HTTP Proxy help:
"Furthermore you can activate / deactivate the user authentication. 
You can choose between local, sam and radius as permission types. You can 
also add or delete them."

I find switch for user authentication only in SOCKS Proxy.  [:(]

When ASL will have normal accounting system with detailing for IP-address and usernames?
