dell power edge

i just reciveid 2 new power edge 300SC
3 nics 3com 3c980c-txm 
result of the install network cards not found
i replace the nics with 3 linksys lne 100tx that i now is supported by astaro
result nics not found
than i replace the machine with another the same same results

the box is all IDE config the nics all 10/100 
is there any issue with astaro and dell servers? i puttry much install in any nachine works fine but bot in the dell's

i'm using astaro 2 bets2 
i already tryed it on a old compaq install is 100% fine
