Possible WebAdmin bug

I noticed today that if I try to move a packet filter rule to the last spot it would only move to the second to the last position. Example... I tried to move rule#2 to pos#4 out of 4 rules total and it only moved to pos#3.

Hi Paul Czywczynski,

this is no bug, this is the way it should work.
If you read the description, it says move rule in front of rule #x.

If you enter 4, the rule is moved in front of rule #4 and that is #3.
