Custom IP filter and NAT scripts

A long awaited feature is finally in 1.9xx   [:)]

The middleware will call user-definable scripts after it runs through the netfilter settings:

/sbin/init.d/ipfilter.local - called after a re-run of the packet filter settings

/sbin/init.d/ipnat.local - called after a re-run of the NAT settings

IMPORTANT: both of these scripts must be chmod to 400 and be owned by root:root !
