I tried to installa Outlook plugin again, new Version.
But there is still no Outlook bar available.

What Security option must be set? Customer is using strict GPO settings.

Which version of Outlook are you running? Are there any errors in the installers progress-page (click details to view)?
The installation must be done as administrator, but the plugin itself can be run with normal user privileges.

Hi,

it is Outlook 2003. There had been no errors during Installation.
But there is a very strict security policy. So we might need an adm file to set AMA plugin as trusted.
