AMA no longer working

We have been testing AMA for a few months now without issue until this morning.

My Exchange 2007 is reporting the following error message when contacting  your archiving servers:

451 4.4.0 Primary target IP address responded with: "454 4.7.0 Temporary authentication failure." Attempted to failover to alternate host, but that did not succeed.  Either there are no alternate hosts, or delivery failed to all alternate hosts.

I have 3000+ emails stuck in the queue.  I have tried resetting our password and have updated it on my server; issue remains.

Do you have a firewall in front of your exchange sercer with intercepts smtp-connections? If you're using an asg with smtp-proxy in transparent mode, please add the smarthost-domain to the transparent skiplist.

Do you have a firewall in front of your exchange sercer with intercepts smtp-connections? If you're using an asg with smtp-proxy in transparent mode, please add the smarthost-domain to the transparent skiplist.
