AMA no longer working

We have been testing AMA for a few months now without issue until this morning.

My Exchange 2007 is reporting the following error message when contacting  your archiving servers:

451 4.4.0 Primary target IP address responded with: "454 4.7.0 Temporary authentication failure." Attempted to failover to alternate host, but that did not succeed.  Either there are no alternate hosts, or delivery failed to all alternate hosts.

I have 3000+ emails stuck in the queue.  I have tried resetting our password and have updated it on my server; issue remains.

    Thank you very much for your report. The issue is now resolved.

    Whenever our SMTP daemon replies with "454 4.7.0 Temporary authentication failure", it is a problem on our side -- almost all of which are really just very temporary and fixing themselves automatically within minutes. The exception here was that an auto-repair feature in our back-end didn't work as expected.

    If there is a problem with the SMTP password, the reply will be "535 5.7.8 Authentication credentials invalid".

    Thanks for the feedback.  Unfortunately the issue did not resolve itself in minutes.  It was still 24+ hours of it not working.   I was getting 600+ Non-Delivery Responses to my account every few minutes for the emails that weren't after I cleared the queue of the 3000+ that were originally there.

    I had no choice but to completely disable all of our testing with AMA at this time since it was not working.  May be tomorrow I will set it up again to see if its really working now.
