The Usage Data is showing:  Messages archived 347, in the ArchiveManager.
But when i login with the Admin user there are no messages to show. (No messages found)

second question, is it possible to connect to the archive directly with IMAP to extract e-mail?

    Ok. Please note, that the link between users and messages are established when the mail arrives. So, this should only work for mails that arrived after you added the addresses to the user.

    Do you see the "Perform Auditor Search" checkbox next to the search field?
    If yes, tick it [;)]
    If not, log in to your ArchiveManager and go to Configuration -> Global -> Auditor Mode and enable Auditor mode.

    The reason this is completely disabled by default is, that in some cases (or countries), this feature might be illegal to use, due to privacy laws. Make sure you conform to that.
